Who I am

This website is run by Kasia Kulik, trading as Hypnotherapy Portugal, Sesimbra, Portugal. For any privacy question, email hypnotherapyportugal@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising cookies, and its fonts are hosted on this site rather than loaded from Google. Like any website, the hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages securely.

When you contact or book

If you email me or message me on WhatsApp, for example to book a session, I receive your contact details and anything you write, such as your preferred days and times. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy policy. If you pay by bank transfer, Revolut, Wise or PayPal, that provider processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. I use this information only to arrange and provide your sessions, and I keep session notes confidential.

How long I keep it

I keep client information only as long as needed to provide sessions and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Email me and I'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
